Competitions for the Biggest Carrot and Best Chinese Steamed Spongecake were held on the 25th of April, 2010.
Very interesting carrot shapes were produced and even more interesting "carrot top" prizes were distributed to the winners.
Many delicious versions of the Chinese Steamed Spongecake were taste-tested by the judges who chose the winning entries based on lightness of texture and flavour.
