Amazing day with Junko's birth mother and her family
What a wonderful and momentous day today with Junko and her birth mother Matsuo and family. We're all so happy for both families (who seem to share a love for performance and music). I think all us Chuns felt very honoured to be part of the reunion, and to be able to welcome this new branch of the family.

Junko's birth mum is so beautiful - both inside and out. Today, while Steve was out having a lunchtime jog, he noticed a lone kayaker on the chilly waters of Wellington Harbour. Nek minute, he was being hugged by Junko's step-dad and moved bodily into the Chicago bar where the rest of Junko's new-found family were sheltering from the cold while Junko's brother was out enjoying Wellington Harbour!
